Membership Awards: Ways for Keystone Healthy Zone Schools to Make Healthy Easy

As part of this year’s enrollment process, you have the option to select a Membership Award along the 12345! continuum, our newly developed guide for assessing energy balance (energy consumed through food = energy expended through activity).
- One or more hours of physical activity
- Two hours or less of screen time
- Three meals a day with family and friends (with an emphasis on breakfast)
- Four or more glasses of water or no/low calorie beverages
- Five or more fruits and vegetables

Schools that have completed the Keystone Healthy Zone Assessment can select a Membership Award. Select your school from the list below to begin.
